  • Are you a service superstar with leadership skills and a knack for creating exceptional guest experiences? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment? If this sounds like you, we’d love for you to join our team as Shift Lead. Must be able to work weeknights and weekend evenings. This position pays $18.50/hr plus tips.

    What You'll Do

    • Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide attentive, friendly, and efficient service to all guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

    • Lead by Example: Oversee the floor to ensure smooth operations, motivating and supporting team members to deliver their best.

    • Maintain Efficiency: Coordinate service flow, address any challenges promptly, and ensure that every aspect of the restaurant runs seamlessly.

    • Craft Perfect Beverages: Use your barista expertise to prepare high-quality coffee and specialty drinks that keep guests coming back for more.

    What We’re Looking For

    • Experience: A minimum of 1 year serving in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with proven barista skills.

    • Leadership Skills: Confidence in taking charge of shifts and guiding a team to success.

    • Guest-Focused: A natural ability to connect with guests and go above and beyond to ensure their satisfaction.

    • Organized & Calm Under Pressure: Exceptional multitasking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to keep your cool when things get busy.

    As a Server, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. You’ll provide attentive and friendly service, anticipate guest needs, and ensure that every visit is smooth and enjoyable. From taking orders to delivering meals and drinks, you’ll embody hospitality at its finest.

    We’re looking for someone with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine love for people. While experience in a similar role is an asset, we’re happy to train the right candidate who shares our passion for great service and teamwork.
